These crispy avocado fries are golden and crunchy on the outside with a creamy, buttery center. Perfect for parties or game day, they’re easy to bake or air fry and serve beautifully with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 firm ripe avocados
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Slice avocados into thick wedges.
  3. Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Coat wedges in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange on lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray with oil.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes (flip halfway) or air fry 8–10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use firm avocados to prevent collapse.
  • Don’t overcrowd the cooking surface.
  • Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
