Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Slice avocados into thick wedges.
- Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat wedges in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange on lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray with oil.
- Bake 15–18 minutes (flip halfway) or air fry 8–10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use firm avocados to prevent collapse.
- Don’t overcrowd the cooking surface.
