Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until lightly browned and set aside.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add rice and stir briefly.
- Pour in broth and return chicken.
- Cover and cook until rice is tender.
- Stir in cream and simmer briefly.
