Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken until lightly browned and set aside.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add rice and stir briefly.
  5. Pour in broth and return chicken.
  6. Cover and cook until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in cream and simmer briefly.
  8. Serve warm.
