Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl.
  3. Add cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into lined 8x8 pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Cool, slice, and enjoy

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add 2 tbsp of coconut sugar.
  • Use whey, casein, or plant-based protein powder depending on your preference.
  • Add nuts or peanut butter swirls for variation.
