- Blend until completely smooth.

- Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Stir until a thick brownie batter forms.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips, saving a few for the top if desired.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
