Method
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, and honey/maple syrup in a bowl.
- Add cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into lined 8x8 pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add 2 tbsp of coconut sugar.
- Use whey, casein, or plant-based protein powder depending on your preference.
- Add nuts or peanut butter swirls for variation.
