Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs (or buttermilk).
- Press chicken firmly into crushed cornflakes to coat.
- Arrange on baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes, flipping once, until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Do not crush cornflakes too finely
- Spray lightly with oil for best browning
- Flip halfway for even crispness
- Best served fresh for maximum crunch
