Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, and seasonings.
- Warm tortillas slightly to soften.
- Add filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush or spray lightly with oil.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overfill or taquitos will open while baking
- Air fryer: cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes
- Freeze baked taquitos and reheat straight from frozen
