Ingredients
  

  • Cooked chicken shredded
  • Cream cheese softened
  • Shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
  • Salsa
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil or cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, and seasonings.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to soften.
  4. Add filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush or spray lightly with oil.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill or taquitos will open while baking
  • Air fryer: cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes
  • Freeze baked taquitos and reheat straight from frozen
