Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and add a spoonful of filling to the center.
  4. Fold dough around filling and pinch seams to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Brush with melted butter if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks
  • Rotisserie chicken saves prep time
  • Best served fresh and warm
  • Great with ranch or honey mustard dip
