Ingredients
  

  • Slider buns 12 count
  • Cooked chicken shredded
  • BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce
  • Cheddar or mozzarella cheese slices
  • Butter melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with sauce until coated.
  3. Place bottom buns in baking dish. Add chicken and cheese.
  4. Add top buns.
  5. Brush melted butter mixed with seasonings over buns.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Swap BBQ for buffalo or honey mustard
  • Add pickles or jalapeños for extra bite
