Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken with fajita seasoning until lightly browned.
- Add peppers and onions; sauté until softened. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into even squares.
- Spoon filling into center of each square and top with cheese.
- Fold or cover pastry and seal edges gently.
- Brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Let filling cool before assembling
- Do not overfill pastries
- Best served warm and fresh
- Reheat in oven for flaky texture
