Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cut bread in a crosshatch pattern without slicing through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and seasonings.
- Drizzle butter mixture deep into bread cuts.
- Stuff shredded cheese evenly into each cut.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest briefly and serve warm.

- Don’t overstuff the bread
- Cover with foil first to prevent burning
