Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes
  • cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Oil for baking frying, or air frying

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and mash smoothly. Let cool slightly.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings.
  3. Shape mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Cook using your preferred method until golden and crispy.
  5. Rest briefly, then serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Chill shaped bites if mixture feels soft
