Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Add cheese along one side of the dough.
- Fold dough over cheese and seal edges well.
- Cut into breadsticks and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with garlic butter mixture.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.

- Mozzarella sticks give the best cheese pull
- Seal edges tightly to prevent leaks
- Best eaten fresh and warm
