Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cook bacon until crisp; crumble and cool.
- Mix bacon with cheddar and season lightly.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread filling evenly.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into rounds.
- Arrange pinwheels cut-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake 14–16 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Sharp cheddar gives the best flavor
- Chill before slicing for cleaner pinwheels
- Best served warm
