Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 –10 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Optional: crumbled blue cheese sliced green onions

Equipment

  • Large skillet or sauté pan
  • Mixing spoon or spatula
  • Tongs (for filling wraps)
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife (for celery and toppings)
  • Paper towels (for drying lettuce)

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves.
  3. Fill each leaf with buffalo chicken, carrots, celery, and dressing.
  4. Add toppings if desired. Serve fresh.
