Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, optional
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dip for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough pieces slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each piece.
  5. Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Brush with melted butter if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use thick buffalo sauce to avoid leaks
  • Do not overfill bombs
  • Best served fresh and warm
  • Great with ranch or blue cheese dip
