Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese.
- Flatten biscuit dough pieces slightly.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each piece.
- Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams to seal.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Brush with melted butter if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use thick buffalo sauce to avoid leaks
- Do not overfill bombs
- Best served fresh and warm
- Great with ranch or blue cheese dip
