Method
- Place the boneless chicken in the crock pot. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once done, stir in the heavy cream.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the pot. Stir and let it thicken for 10–15 minutes.
- Optional: Add baby spinach, mushrooms, or parmesan just before serving.
