Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Place the boneless chicken in the crock pot. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  4. Once done, stir in the heavy cream.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the pot. Stir and let it thicken for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Optional: Add baby spinach, mushrooms, or parmesan just before serving.
