Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional, for brightness
  • ¼ cup dark or white chocolate optional drizzle

Method
 

  1. Cook blueberries in small saucepan 5–7 minutes until thick. Cool completely.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spoon yogurt into small mounds on parchment-lined tray.
  4. Add small spoonful of blueberry mixture on top.
  5. Swirl gently with toothpick.
  6. Freeze 1–2 hours until solid.
  7. Drizzle chocolate if desired and freeze 10–15 minutes.
  8. Store frozen until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Cool blueberry mixture fully before swirling.
  • Use thick yogurt for best texture.
  • Store in airtight freezer container.
