Method
- Cook blueberries in small saucepan 5–7 minutes until thick. Cool completely.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon yogurt into small mounds on parchment-lined tray.
- Add small spoonful of blueberry mixture on top.
- Swirl gently with toothpick.
- Freeze 1–2 hours until solid.
- Drizzle chocolate if desired and freeze 10–15 minutes.
- Store frozen until ready to serve.

- Cool blueberry mixture fully before swirling.
- Use thick yogurt for best texture.
- Store in airtight freezer container.
