Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
- While salmon cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
- Spoon bang bang sauce over cooked salmon.
- Garnish if desired and serve warm.
