Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
Optional Garnish
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
  5. While salmon cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
  6. Spoon bang bang sauce over cooked salmon.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve warm.

  • Adjust spice level to preference
  • Air fryer option works well for crisp edges
