Banana Pudding Trifle

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (optional, for richness)
  • 4 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (about 11 oz)
  • 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare pudding mix with milk. Chill until set.
  2. Fold in condensed milk (if using) and some whipped cream.
  3. Slice bananas just before layering.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer wafers, pudding, bananas, and whipped cream.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with whipped cream.
  6. Chill 2–4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Add caramel drizzle or chocolate shavings for variation.
  • Toss banana slices in lemon juice to keep them fresh-looking.
