Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook ziti until al dente and drain.
  2. Heat sauce and add spinach until wilted.
  3. Mix ricotta with seasoning.
  4. Layer sauce, pasta, and ricotta in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers and top with cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Let rest before serving.

Notes

  • Slightly undercook pasta before baking
  • Use enough sauce to keep it moist
  • Let it rest before serving
