Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice hot dogs into bite-size pieces.
- Mix cornmeal mix, milk, egg, and honey until just combined.
- Grease mini muffin pan. Fill each cup ¾ full with batter.
- Press one hot dog piece into each muffin.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Add shredded cheese to the batter for extra flavor
- Use mini sausages for a fun twist
- Best served warm
