Ingredients
  

  • Cornmeal muffin mix
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Honey
  • Hot dogs chicken or beef
  • Nonstick spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice hot dogs into bite-size pieces.
  3. Mix cornmeal mix, milk, egg, and honey until just combined.
  4. Grease mini muffin pan. Fill each cup ¾ full with batter.
  5. Press one hot dog piece into each muffin.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
