Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread sauce in a baking dish.
  3. Add noodles, ricotta, sauce, and cheese layers.
  4. Repeat layers and finish with cheese.
  5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake until golden.
  7. Rest before slicing and serve.

Notes

  • Let it rest before cutting
  • Use enough sauce to keep it moist
