Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- Stir in butter, milk, cheddar, mozzarella, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Let mixture cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease mini muffin pan.
- Fill each cup with mac and cheese, pressing gently.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs or parmesan on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes before removing.

- Cooling helps the bites hold together
- Can add bacon bits or jalapeños
