Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeded
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey cooked
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Prepare bell peppers by slicing in half and removing seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked meat, rice, marinara sauce, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Place peppers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
  7. Rest briefly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked rice to keep cook time short.
  • Great for meal prep—flavors get even better the next day.
  • Easily customizable with taco seasoning, BBQ sauce, or veggies.
