Method
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Prepare bell peppers by slicing in half and removing seeds.
- In a bowl, combine cooked meat, rice, marinara sauce, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pepper half with the mixture and top with cheese.
- Place peppers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
- Rest briefly and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked rice to keep cook time short.
- Great for meal prep—flavors get even better the next day.
