Chocolate Soufflé

Soft, airy, and deeply chocolatey, it rises tall in the oven and settles into a warm, custardy center as it cools. 4. Whip the egg whites
Beat to soft, fluffy peaks. This gives the soufflé structure and height the airy feel is similar to folding whipped cream into our No-Bake Chocolate Oreo Pie.
5. Combine gently
Fold the whites into the chocolate mixture in three additions to keep the batter airy.
6. Bake
Bake until the soufflés rise high and the tops look slightly set.
